One of the beautiful things about life is you never know where it will go. If you live long enough, you will see various people circle in and out of your life repeatedly. I recently had the privilege of reconnecting with some powerhouse fitness business owners who I knew 5-10 years ago.
One of these powerhouse women is Tanja Shaw, owner of Ascend Fitness in Chiliwack, British Columbia and creator of the Fit and Vibrant You podcast. Tanja and I have shared philosphies on fitness and nutrition and there were many similarities in our programming. She interviewed me for her popular Fit and Vibrant You podcast.
Tanja has a wonderful way of breaking down the numerous ideas I tackle in a single breath into bite-sized nuggets of knowledge that you can act on right now. Together we discuss your very first step in starting to change your life, why complex fitness and nutrition plans don't work and simple but powerful changes you can do without a gym.
